Fresher and Exp both can apply but must have excellent communication skills in English.

Have excellent english communication. Be polite and well spoken
Be willing to work on weekends and national holidays. 9 Hours a day, 6 days a week.
Be comfortable for a roster off on weekdays
Be good at resolving customer queries regarding delay / service issues
Be willing to receive a 1 week paid training

Shift timing : - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (day shift)
